Italy for Australians ("we", "me") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through italyforaustralians.com and what we do with it.
When you submit the form we collect your email address and, only if you choose to provide them, your first name, mobile number, preferred region in Italy, budget range and the purpose of the purchase. We also record which link or campaign brought you here (for example a QR code on a flyer), the page address, and the time you gave your consent.
To reply to your enquiry, to introduce you to suitable real estate agencies in Italy and to send you relevant homes and guidance. We also use it to understand which channels bring useful enquiries. We do not sell your information.
With your consent, we may share your enquiry details (such as your name, contact details, region, budget and purpose) with partner real estate agencies in Italy so they can contact you with suitable homes. These agencies are located outside Australia, and they handle your information under Italian and European Union data protection law. If you do not want this, do not tick the consent box or tell us at italyforaustralians@gmail.com.
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data in countries outside Australia, including the United States. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We keep your details while you remain interested in hearing from us, and delete them on request.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing italyforaustralians@gmail.com. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
